Cost-Effective New Business Development The Cost-Effective New Business Development User’s License is nonexclusive and permits the licensee to utilize the videos throughout his or her proposal organization at one location, or show them to teammates at remote sites for a specific proposal effort, as long as the videos remain in the control of the licensee. The Cost-Effective New Business Development video may not be loaned to anyone outside of the site licensee. Within these license constraints, the licensee may utilize the videos within its licensed proposal site forever, display them as many times as needed, and to as many of its personnel as needed. The licensee may print as many hard copies of the Course Notes, Course Handouts, and Course Outline as needed for its own personnel at that licensed proposal site. The videos may not be reproduced or copied into any computer files. If a large company or corporation needs the videos for different proposal site locations, it must purchase additional site licenses, or the company will be liable for payment of a video site license fee for each occurrence, plus whatever penalties are permitted by law. |
